We currently do not require a credit card to pay. Instead, we allow customers to pay via Smiles Wallet. Feel free to follow the "How to Pay" guidelines to learn how to deposit money to your Smiles Wallet account. You can find it in "Guides" in the "Help" tab.

All Smiles Connect customers will be invoiced around the 25th of each month via the Smiles Connect web app and be notified via push notification and email. The invoice file can be found in the email and web app.

Yes, our Smiles Wallet feature allows you to make deposits and load up by doing it at one of our 70,000 selected ATMs across Japan. Just order a Smiles Wallet Card or deposit cash into any Seven Bank ATM via QR code through our app.

There are three ways to make a deposit to your Smiles Wallet:

1. QR code: Go to any Seven Bank ATM, scan the QR code and deposit!
2. Smiles Wallet Card: Order a Smiles Card for FREE and deposit/remit at over 77 thousand ATMs nationwide.
