If you have registered and verified your Smiles account on the Smiles Mobile Remittance app + you use Smiles Wallet to pay for your Smiles Connect bills, you are automatically qualified to purchase plans at our best (Gold Egg member) prices! We want our Smiles customers to be rewarded for using our services.

Smiles Connect will keep track of how many times you sent money using Smiles Mobile Remittance exactly a year from the present date.

If you have been notified of your membership change, your account will reflect this on the 1st of the following month.

Yes, as along as you fulfill the necessary requirements, your membership will be automatically upgraded or downgraded in our system. No need to do anything special.
