Digital Wallet Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides the mobile communication service “Smiles Connect” and is the organizer of the ConnectToCelebrate Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before applying, and apply only after agreeing to them. By participating in the Campaign, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Campaign Overview
Details: During the campaign period, participants who share a photo or story related to the campaign theme in the comment section of the Smiles Connect campaign post, and share that post on their own account, will be eligible. From these participants, 5 winners will be selected by lottery to receive a free Smiles Connect voice plan (SIM) for 3 months.
Prize: Smiles Connect Voice 30GB Plan (equivalent to ¥2,980 per month) free for 3 months.
The prize will be provided as either a SIM card or eSIM.
For winners who do not have an existing Smiles Connect contract at the time of notification, the initial contract fee (equivalent to ¥6,000) will also be waived.
After the free period ends, the contract will not be automatically canceled, and regular monthly charges will apply. If you do not wish to continue, you must complete the cancellation procedure separately.
Call charges, optional service fees, universal service fees, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Application Period
From18:00 on September 1, 2025 (Mon.) to 23:59 on September 15, 2025 (Mon.).
Facebook or Instagram posts and shares made within the above period will be eligible for the campaign.
3. Eligibility
Residents of Japan.
For non-Japanese nationals, participants must hold a valid residence status in Japan, with at least 3 months remaining or the ability to renew their stay.
Must have a Facebook or Instagram account with the relevant post set to “Public.”
Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the campaign. (Minors are not eligible.)
If you are not yet a Smiles Connect subscriber, you must apply for a subscription to receive the prize. (A Smiles Connect contract is required to receive and use the prize.)
4. How to Apply
Like or Follow the official Facebook or Instagram Smiles Connect page.
Share a photo or story in the comments of the Smiles Connect campaign post, based on the theme [Share Heartwarming Celebration].
Share the commented campaign post on your own Facebook or Instagram account.
Please ensure your post privacy setting is set to “Public.” Posts set to “Private” will not be eligible and will be excluded from the lottery.
You may apply multiple times during the campaign period, but each person can only win once.
5. Lottery & Winner Announcement
After the application period ends, winners will be determined by a fair lottery.
Winners will be contacted individually via Facebook Messenger by the Company’s official Facebook account around late September 2025.
Only winners will be contacted; there will be no direct communication with non-winners.
If a winner fails to provide the necessary information for subscription or prize delivery by the specified deadline, their prize may be invalidated at the Company’s discretion.
If we cannot reach the winner via Messenger or receive no response, the prize will also be invalidated.
If a winner declines or loses eligibility, no additional lottery will be held.
Prize shipping is scheduled to begin around early October 2025, but may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Notes
Applications are limited to the individual applicant.
Submitted content (photos, text, etc.) must be original, created by the applicant, and free of third-party rights. If individuals appear in the photo, it is assumed that the applicant has obtained their consent.
Entries that violate public order, infringe copyrights or laws, defame others, or are deemed inappropriate by the Company will be disqualified. The Company bears no responsibility for related disputes.
Submitted content may be introduced on the Company’s official Social media accounts, website, or other promotional materials.
Communication costs related to campaign participation, inquiries, or prize receipt are the responsibility of the applicant.
Prizes and winning rights cannot be exchanged, refunded, resold, or transferred to others.
A Smiles Connect contract is required to receive the prize. If the Company determines that a contract cannot be concluded or services cannot be provided, the prize will be invalidated.
A compatible smartphone or communication device is required and must be prepared by the customer.
The Campaign may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
This campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Facebook.
If an applicant engages in acts that violate Facebook’s Terms of Use or fraudulent activities, the Company reserves the right to cancel their win even after notification, and may deny future access to related services.
The Company bears no responsibility for any troubles or damages (direct or indirect) arising from campaign participation.
The Company will not be liable if the provided SIM is unusable with the participant’s device, or if the service area is outside Smiles Connect’s coverage.
8. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided by winners will be used only for purposes necessary to execute the campaign, such as prize delivery and related communication.
Personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties other than subcontractors without consent, except where required by law.
