    No, in order have access to Smiles-exclusive offers, features and plans, you will need to register and verify your account.

    If you purchase 3GB and you use more than 3GB within one month, your internet data will only slow down. We will not fully cut off the connection. If you wish to top-up, you can do so (Voice plans only).

    All plans will have small fees to make sure the technical features operate smoothly every month:
    • Universal service fee: ¥2 (x2 for Combo plans)
    • Telephone relay service fee: ¥1 (x2 for Combo plans)

    Yes, we currently have a variety of calling options below:
    • Unlimited calling (within 5min): ¥600
    • Unlimited calling (within 10min): ¥800
    • Voicemail: ¥300
    • Call Waiting: ¥200
