We don’t want you to have any surprises so here are some small details you should know.

Life is unpredictable, we designed our plans with flexibility. Please note a 3,000 yen processing fee applies if you cancel within 12 months of use so everything goes smoothly.

A 3,000 yen activation fee will be charged in the first month for setup. Additionally, a 3,000 yen refundable deposit will be charged, returned upon plan cancellation.

Please make sure to activate your SIM card after you receive it. There will be a case where your card will automatically activate if you wait too long.

Invoices are issued around the 25th of each month, with payment due by month-end. A late fee of 800 yen applies after the 5th of the following month.

    No, our system will automatically deduct your Smiles Wallet amount from the day your invoiced.

    Yes, we currently have a variety of calling options below:
    • Every 30 seconds (default): ¥22
    • Unlimited calling (within 5min): ¥600
    • Unlimited calling (within 10min): ¥800
    • Voicemail: ¥300
    • Call Waiting: ¥200

    No, we are completely transparent on our fees! When you purchase a plan, you will be charged a security deposit fee of 3,000 yen (which will be fully refunded to you when you cancel your plan) and an activation fee of 3,000 yen.

    No, Smiles Connect data-only and voice data plans are only available in Japan.

    Not at the moment. We currently only allow one customer to order one plan for themselves.
