Yes, your remaining data balance can roll over: Data SIM: Up to 50GB the following month Voice SIM:
  • Monthly data: Up to 30GB of unused data can be rolled over to the following month and will remain available until the end of that month.
  • Top-up data: Can be rolled over to the following month and will remain available for three months.

In order to buy a Smiles Connect plan, you will simply need to: 1. Download the Smiles Mobile Remittance app and register/verify your account (if you haven't yet) 2. Go to Smiles Connect in the app Menu or tap on the banner on the home screen and order from there (feature coming soon)

Yes, we currently have a variety of calling options below:
  • Unlimited calling (within 5min): ¥600
  • Unlimited calling (within 10min): ¥800
  • Voicemail: ¥300
  • Call Waiting: ¥200

Currently, Smiles Points earned through Smiles Connect can be used to cover Smiles Mobile Remittance transactions.
