We advise our customers to order their SIM card between the 23rd and the end of the month so you can receive your SIM card/eSIM around the beginning of the following month.

No, the order is accounted to the person who made the transaction.

Not at the moment. We currently only allow one customer to order one plan for themselves.

When you purchase a plan, you will be charged a security deposit fee of 3,000 yen (which will be fully refunded to you when you cancel your plan) and an activation fee of 3,000 yen only for the first month. After that, no crazy weird fees will be charged.

Once you've registered an account on the Smiles Mobile Remittance app, go to the Menu tab and tap on "Smiles Connect" to start your ordering process. Just make sure you have verified your account and we have approved it.
