How to change plan

1. On the home screen of Smiles Connect, tap on the “Change Plan” button.
2. Select the new plan you desire.
3. Read the terms, check off each box to agree and tap “Next.”
4. Confirm the details and tap “Confirm new plan.”
5. Your request has been applied. Tap “Next” to finalize the process.

1. In the “Plan” tab of the Smiles Connect web app, tap on “Change calling options.”
2. Select the new calling option(s) you desire.
3. Confirm the new monthly cost (calling option amount displayed only) and tap “Next”
4. Confirm the application details and tap “Next”
5. Your request is applied! Tap “Next” to finalize the process.

Yes, we currently have a variety of calling options below:
  • Every 30 seconds (default): ¥22
  • Unlimited calling (within 5min): ¥600
  • Unlimited calling (within 10min): ¥800
  • Voicemail: ¥300
  • Call Waiting: ¥200

Only the Voice 3GB, 10GB and 30GB plans can be changed. Other plans do not apply. Please note that once the request has been made through the app dashboard, it will reflect on your account the following month.

No, Smiles Connect data-only and voice data plans are only available in Japan.

No, we currently do not have any campaigns relating to switching to our service. However, we provide great deals and allow our customers to support their loved ones abroad sending money through our app while sharing moments via our data plans.
