How to Order

1. Tap on the banner on the “Home” screen of the Smiles Mobile Remittance app, or tap on “Smiles Connect” on the “Menu” screen of the app.
2. Tap on the plan you want to order.

How to order for a Voice/Combo plan

1. Select your plan type (agree to the terms), payment method and calling option(s).
2. Select your SIM type(s) you want to order.

Skip to step 4 if you selected to order two SIM cards or SIM card.
3. Enter the EID number of the device yout want us to install the eSIM.
4. Choose if you want to keep or get a new phone number.

Skip to step 8 if you selected to get a new phone number.
5. Choose whether you’ll share your MNP details or do MNP-One Stop.
6. Enter the information necessary to proceed on with MNP or MNP One-Stop.
7. Check your MNP details and tap on “Submit.” You will be redirected to your previous carrier’s webpage if you selected MNP One-Stop.
8. Double check your personal info, agree to the terms and tap on “Next.”
9. Confirm your home address and tap on “Looks good.”
10. Enter the special code your received via the email you registered with Smiles.
11. Read the Terms and Conditions, check the box to agree to the content and tap “Agree and continue.”
12. Confirm your order details and tap on “Next.”
13. A pop-up will be displayed to let you know that your order is secured. Tap on “Next” to complete the process.





How to order for a
Data plan


1. Select a plan (agree to the terms) and payment method.
2. Check your personal details, check the box at the bottom to agree to the terms and tap “Next.”
3. Confirm your home address and tap on “Looks good.”
4. Read the Terms and Conditions, check the box to agree to the content and tap “Agree and continue.”
5. Confirm your order details and tap on “Next.”
6. You will see a pop-up to let you know that your order is secured. Tap on “Next” to complete the process.

questions

No, the order is accounted to the person who made the transaction.

When you purchase a plan, you will be charged a security deposit fee of 3,000 yen (which will be fully refunded to you when you cancel your plan) and an activation fee of 3,000 yen only for the first month. After that, no crazy weird fees will be charged.

Not at the moment. We currently only allow one customer to order one plan for themselves.

We advise our customers to order their SIM card between the 23rd and the end of the month so you can receive your SIM card/eSIM around the beginning of the following month.
