Cancel Plan (within cooling-off period)

Notes before you request

*All Smiles Connect plans can be canceled without penalty within 8 days after the SIM is activated.

 

*Even if you cancel your initial contract, your plan history will no longer be viewable.

 

*You will not be charged any fees including the cancellation fee if your cancellation request is approved.

 

*You will be fully refunded of your initial payment after your request has been approved.

 

*All calls and SMS will be billed separately, and you will be required to pay any additional charges incurred for these services.

After your request has been submitted, we will confirm and send you a push and email notification once your service has been suspended/reactivated.

Yes, if you want to cancel within the first 8 days (cooling-off period) of using our service, you can do so and you will not be penalized and we will refund you your initial month's invoice amount. To apply for the cooling-off cancellation fill out the request form and submit it to the customer service team. Here's how to find it: "Help" > "Guides" > "Cancel plan" (under "Requests") > "Form for cancellation"

Not strictly. You can cancel anytime through the app. However, please note that if you plan to cancel your plan within 12 months of using the service, you will be charged a 3,000 cancellation fee. If you used our service for more than 12 months, you will not be charged.

No, we currently do not have any campaigns relating to switching to our service. However, we provide great deals and allow our customers to support their loved ones abroad sending money through our app while sharing moments via our data plans.
